Think Detroit PAL depends heavily upon volunteers to help fulfill the mission of building character in young people.  Each year, Think Detroit PAL will honor its volunteers with an Annual Volunteer Appreciation Night.   This is just one of the many way Think Detroit PAL can say "thank you" to the nearly 1,500 coaches who help make Detroit a great place to be a kid and raise a family. 

Throughout the year parents and participants are invited to nominate their coach for end of the year accolades--induction into the Think Detroit PAL Coaches Hall of Fame.  Coaches who are nominated must fulfill specific criteria and be voted into the Hall of Fame by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee.
