Helping to make Detroit a great place to be a kid and raise a family...

Think Detroit PAL has partnered with the NFL FLAG Football league to bring no-contact flag football to the youth of Detroit.

NFL FLAG is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 6 - 14. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

Teams play one game per week on Saturday. Practices are scheduled by team coaches and are usually 1-2 times per week on weekday evenings.

The season is 7-8 weeks long, including playoffs. All participants receive uniforms and awards.
