THINK DETROIT PAL HONORS MAYOR DAVE BING

Mayor is the inaugural recipient of Think Detroit PAL’s “MVP Award”

DETROIT, Mich.— Think Detroit PAL is hosting an event to honor the Mayor Dave Bing for all the hard work he’s done for the children of Detroit.   The event, MVP Award Reception with Mayor Bing , will take place on September 22 at the Berry Gordy Mansion and all proceeds will go to benefit Think Detroit PAL.
“In this time of a challenging economy across the region, Think Detroit PAL needs financial support more than ever.  This event is a unique opportunity to honor the Mayor for his work and help to support our athletic, academic, and leadership development programs.”  Said Dan Varner, CEO of Think Detorit PAL.  “Our programs are important tools for the personal growth of more than 12,000 children annually and are a key factor in the successful rebuilding of Detroit.”
